You can do it.

I am so stressed right now.

I have a zit the size of my first growing on my chin, waiting to show it's ugly head to let everyone know that I'm losing my mind.

As I'm typing this, I should be focusing on a million other things.

I often use the analogy of the plates on a table—you're having a dinner party, and there's only so much space on the table for all the plates and dishes you have laid out.

What if someone wants to bring something new to your table? What plate will fall off as a result? 

Juggling so many things can be hard, and easy to have something fall out of place. 

Keep what is important on your plate, don't fill yourself with empty carbs and calories.
