Find your tribe.

It's very rare to find genuine friendship these days.

People who embrace you, encourage you and above all enable you to be the best person you can be, are very rare.

I've been waiting to post an article about energy vampires—people who do the exact opposite of this, and instead, suck out your life force and make you feel like you're inadequate and unable.

But I want to take a moment here to really appreciate the people in your life who make you feel like you're floating—make your life feel effortless and honest.

The type of people who don't make you feel embarrassed, but emotionally supported and that you can be a fool as long as your friends

Someone once told me, you find out who your greatest friends are at your birthday because they're the ones who show up. I tell you, it's more about taking a second to see who around you at this exact moment you consider your greatest friends, and hold on to them tight because they not only make you who you are but who you can be.

Coming out of Easter long weekend, I feel supported, loved and laughed senselessly—so much that I was shaken into a state of such appreciation for those around you me that lift me up.

Find your tribe. Find the people around you who not only make the space for you to be who you are but give you the support to become who you're meant to be.
